Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns:

    • If you wish to initiate a return, you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to do so. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept return requests.
    • To proceed with your return, kindly fill out the provided return form and ensure all instructions on the form are followed.
    • For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, with all tags and labels attached, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Please ensure that returns are sent using a fully tracked and insured service, such as Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, DHL, or Parcelforce.
    • Returns should be sent in the original packaging provided by Joveal.
    • Kindly note that customers are responsible for the postage expenses of the return.
  2. Refunds:

    • Once your return has been processed, your item will be fully refunded according to your original order.
    • Please allow up to 12-18 business days for the refunded amount to be applied back to your original payment method.
  3. Order Cancellation:

    • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@joveal.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • A cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund.
  4. Exchanges:

    • We are pleased to offer an exchange service. You can return the original item and indicate your desired exchange size on the return form.
    • Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and send you the replacement item. Please note that availability of the desired size is subject to stock availability, and we will reach out to discuss alternative options if necessary.
  5. Wrong Size or Product:

    • If Joveal has sent you the wrong size or product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging, in unused and resalable condition.
    • In such cases, we will reimburse the shipping costs if the incorrect or faulty product was received.
